TIPS and FAQ’ s
| 1 ) Do I have to make a previous reservation or do you take walk ins? We recommend you make one in order to secure your place, but you may always come and check before you decide and if we have room you can register at the moment.
Yes, continental breakfast is included in the rate.
3 ) Is there laundry facilities in the building? We have a laundry room , and expect to have the washer and drier soon, for now , we offer a laundry pick up 3 hr service for $100.00 per load.
4 ) Is the kitchen available 24/ 7? We have a full kitchen , that you are free to use from noon to 9 pm.
5) There is any extra charge for bed sheets or blankets? Not at all. The rate includes sheets, blanket, towel and soap.
6 ) Checking times? Noon for check out and 1pm for check in. You can always leave your belongings at a safe locker for no charge during the day if you need to do something before you check in or out.
7 ) Are pets allowed? Small, quiet pets are allowed in your room , if always kept on his closed basket.
8 ) How far away from the airport is the Hostel? We’re a 25 minute taxi ride.
9 ) How far is the Hostel from downtown? We are a 10 minutes walk from the Main Square.
10) Is there a curfew? No, we are open 24 hours a day.
11) Where will I keep my stuff if I choose a Dorm? There are individual lockers in the dormitories, you need to bring your lock though, or we can sell you one for 2 bucks.
12) How noisy is your hostel? We are a quiet and relax hostel, perfect for study, business, family vacation, conventions or for tourism.
